Automatic transfer loader for filling, shaking and levelling polycarbonate moulds (275x175 mm.). The system uses the TOP tempering device and, with extremely reduced dimensions, performs the same automation operations reserved up to now for traditional industrial lines. There are four mould handling and workstations: filling with perforated pouring head, level 1 shaking, pneumatic levelling and level 2 shaking. The mould is expelled directly into the cooling tunnel for the removal of the chocolate.
