The introduction of air into the rolling tank cavity is controlled by a cooling unit which speeds up the increase in size of the candies with the introduction of chocolate. During the following phase, using a resistance, it is possible to smooth and polish the product and clean the machine. There is a thermo regulator on the control panel which enables the regulation of the temperature to suit the process required. |
