In 1987, when Paolo Selmi joined his father in the manufacturing of tempering and covering machines, a new family run Company arose, which focuses now on the continuous improvement of the machines and their efficiency. The Company boasts unique features, such as the constant striving for technological improvements combined with the structural simplicity of its machines, thus guaranteeing fewer maintenance sessions and excellent service, which includes the machines testing at the customer’s plant. Conceiving and design, manufacturing and sale, direct shipment and assistance for the customers are therefore essential steps of the company's production procedure and strong points that made it successful. For this reason the company is currently the undisputed leader in the national scenario of the craftsmanlike chocolate processing machine manufacturing.
