Chocolate enrober built specifically for connection to the TUNNEL 400 it can also be connected to existing tunnels and cooling machines.
The 400 mm wide stainless steel enrobing mesh is divided into two parts, the product loading area and the enrobing area with chocolate, both protected by a special canopy.
The machine has 2 independently thermoregulated heating elements distributed over the work areas.
The mesh motion and blower control can be set by a LCD panel, the enrobing area is equipped with a mechanical vibration of the mesh designed to uniform the glazing, which allows the optimization of the enrobing base of the product.
